Finance & Accounting Specialist

WETO is a growing international company operating in the industrial machinery sector. We work with customers and suppliers worldwide and are currently developing our internal finance and accounting processes in Odoo.
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Specialist who will take responsibility for day-to-day accounting and finance operations, payroll, statutory reporting and cooperation with external institutions.
This role offers a high level of independence and direct cooperation with the HR Manager, Managing Director and our Odoo implementation partners. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the further development of finance and accounting processes within Odoo.
Responsibilities
- Manage full accounting records and day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare VAT, JPK and other statutory tax declarations
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports
- Cooperate with tax authorities, ZUS and external partners
- Participate in the migration and development of accounting processes in Odoo
Must Have
- Practical experience in full accounting
- Good knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations
- Experience with VAT, JPK, financial statements and statutory reporting
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounting processes
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo
- Experience in a production, engineering or export-oriented company
- Experience in management accounting, budgeting or controlling
- Experience in ERP implementation or accounting system migration

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the further implementation and improvement of accounting processes in Odoo, including the transition from external accounting support to a more integrated internal model.
