Assembly & Warehouse Support Technician

As part of WETO, you will support the assembly of industrial machinery, mechanical components and spare parts used in cocoa and chocolate processing equipment. This role combines practical technical work, warehouse support and quality control with regular cooperation with Engineering, Operations, Procurement and Logistics.
The role is remote on a daily basis, with business trips to customers, suppliers and the WETO warehouse in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. It also requires readiness for occasional domestic and international travel related to assembly, service, inspections or project support.
We are looking for a person who enjoys precise technical work, can follow documentation and standards, and understands that good assembly and well-organised warehouse support directly affect quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assemble industrial machinery, mechanical subassemblies and components
- Work with technical drawings, assembly documentation and instructions
- Check parts before assembly and report any non-conformities
- Use hand tools, power tools and basic measuring instruments
- Support warehouse operations in Kędzierzyn-Koźle
Must have
- Experience in assembling machinery, mechanical components, devices or work on an assembly line
- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly documentation
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly, e.g. bearings, shafts, guides and bolted connections
- Accuracy, responsibility and attention to detail
- Readiness to work remotely on a daily basis, combined with trips to the warehouse and business travel
Nice to have
- Experience in machine production, maintenance, food industry or a related technical area
- Practical technical mindset and ability to solve simple assembly problems independently
- UDT licence for forklift operation
- Knowledge of warehouse management rules
